1. Shipping Zones & Destinations
We currently ship to all addresses within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories.

Note: We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
2. Shipping Times
All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is in the hands of the carrier, delivery times are as follows:

Standard US Shipping: 5–9 business days
Please Note: Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. While we do our best to meet these timelines, occasional carrier delays (due to weather, peak holiday seasons, or volume) are outside of our control.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are variable and calculated in real-time at checkout based on:

To see the exact shipping cost for your order, simply add your items to the cart and enter your shipping details during checkout.
4. Order Tracking
Once your package has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking information is typically live and scannable within 24–48 hours of receiving the email.

You can track your package directly through the link provided in the email.
5. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are lost, damaged, or stolen after the carrier marks them as "Delivered."

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local post office, neighbors, or building management before reaching out to our support.

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photos immediately and contact our support team so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
6. Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for orders that are undelivered or delivered to the wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
